Non-exempt Key Job Duties:
? Parts and kits assembly ? Using hand and/or power tools ? Organizing and labeling assembly parts and storage bins ? Receiving and stocking inventory ? Reporting missing parts, inventory errors, or any tooling problems ? Recording detailed information as part of quality assurance ? Quality control and managing work area ? Manage/organize partial assemblies as required ? Development of systems and tools to assure proper assembly ? Packaging and shipping orders ? Performs other duties as assigned by Brand Manager ? Maintains regular and prompt attendance Educational Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent Required Skills and

? High-level attention to detail ? Ability to lift heavy objects or packages ? Strive for 100% accuracy ? Team player ? Ability to be fluid and shift tasks Desired Qualities and Attributes:
