This person must possess great customer service skills.
This person must be able to juggle multiple tasks such as answering the phone, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and checking clients out after their visit.
Must possess the ability to handle stressful situations and the ability to problem solve when it comes to unhappy clients.

Answering Phones Scheduling appointments Checking emails Scanning in documents Checking clients in and out Calling clients to set up appointments for past due pets Processing payments Calling in prescriptions per the doctors request Faxing records Copying records Medical Record Keeping General Office Knowledge Veterinary Medicine Knowledge - preferred but not required Occasionally fill medications End of day deposits Cornerstone Knowledge - preferred but not required Recommended Skills Customer Service Medical Records Medications Problem Solving Scheduling Veterinary Medicine Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
